The Story of Matt’s —
Many have suggested over the years that Matt was born to make hot dogs. This is actually more true than people might think. When Matt was just under eight months old, his parents informed him that it was time to get a job. They suggested that he work at a specific hot dog cart on a street corner in Southern California. Matt protested saying, “But I haven’t learned to walk yet.” His parents looked at Matt and said, “We’ve all got problems, you want us to start telling you ours?” Thus, perhaps Matt was indeed born to make hot dogs. However, consider this — Matt also makes hamburgers, as well as fries. While he doesn’t make shakes or soft drinks, he does serve them. All of this enlightening information leads to the inevitable conclusion that Matt’s may well be the greatest restaurant of all time. Where are we going with all of this? Well, to put it succinctly —
